Anatomicals, authentically ensures the purity and quality of our product line. Customers may request a product exchange, credit card refund or refund check for products returned due to allergy, dissatisfaction with product performance, defective product or product damaged in shipment. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.
Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were purchased through eBay or any other unauthorized retailers of Anatomicals Products. If you have any questions about Authorized Retailers, please contact our Customer Service Department.
You may utilize the courier of your convenience. Anatomicals is not responsible for product returns lost in transit.

Products purchased directly from Anatomicals:
If the item you wish to return was purchased directly from Anatomicals via the phone or our web site in the last 45 days then you may send the product back to us for refund or exchange. Products that have expired are not eligible for refund or replacement. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.
Please include the following with your return:
- Reason for return
- Customer Number, Name, Shipping Address, Billing Address and Phone Number
- Let us know if you would like a replacement of the same product or if you would like the credit amount applied to an order of another item and we will be happy to process that order once we receive your return.
- If you are requesting a refund check, please allow 5 to 6 weeks for processing and mailing of the check

If you have purchased the product from a store, salon, spa or web site that retails Anatomicals Products we encourage you to contact that location directly to process your return.
